So, I am going back to HK this sat for my grandma's funeral.......今年發生太多事了，除了ma ma的事以外，最近又有一件事令到我們很頭痛，就是買樓!My parents only stayed here for 4 days in Vancouver....but they are super 利害....push到我們睇樓，落offer，買樓，落訂....all happened within two weeks!!!!我們七月底就收樓了，就快榮升業主......still doesn't feel like it...But 我同大冬瓜都好驚，前所未有的窮。除了d錢吐晒出離做down payment外，今年又要俾 mortgage, mortgage insurance, strata fee, car insurance...gas...electric....AND wedding funds!!!!! 我都唔知我地今年點生存.....唉....當前幾日簽紙正式落大訂時，我有d feel like簽紙結婚....真係幾大鑊，30 yrs commitment wor!!個經紀不停恭喜我們做業主....我同阿ben 都唔知俾咩反應....恭喜阿ben要俾 mortgage囉.....d 壓力去到條頸到啦!!!!But，或遲或早，都係要結婚，都係要供樓，只不過我們由拍拖、求婚，儲錢結婚，買樓、供樓都在半年內發生....no wonder we can't breath......all my friends said we are crazy...This is the location where we purchase our condo....is brand new...... I am going to move in on Aug......although need to pay mtg and our life will be damn sun fu this year....I am still looking for our new home!!~
